DELIVERY INFORMATION & OUR RETURNS POLICY

Delivery information

 

All orders for mainland UK (England and Wales) will have a delivery  fee of £40. However, there are additional delivery charges for Scotland, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and the Scilly Isles. Once you have placed your order you will receive a conformation email. When your order is ready to be  dispatched you will receive a further notification email. Our lead time is approximately 6  weeks.  Our products take roughly 1- 3 working days to arrive.

Each piece of furniture is handmade, so our delivery time is an  approximate, however we try our best to work towards the stated delivery time.

On every order we ask for your email and mobile number to ensure we can contact you regarding the delivery if necessary.

 

If you have a preferred delivery date or you are moving to a new house. Please drop us a note via email and we can arrange specific dates for delivery or change the delivery address.

Returns policy

 

As each piece of furniture is handmade, we do not offer returns or refunds. So please, please ensure you have measured the dimensions correctly and are certain of the size of the furniture you wish to buy.

Returns - Exceptions

 

If your product is damaged in transit, we will require a photo of the damaged product in the first 48 hours. Please send the photo’s to Salty Bespoke Interiors  via mobile or email. 

Once the pictures have been received and we have identified them as ‘damaged in transit’ we will endeavour to repair or replace (where necessary) your furniture as quickly as possible. 

You will receive a message regarding the repair process once we have clarified the damage. 

Cancellations

 

Once you have placed your order, you have a 72 hour period where you can cancel your purchase. If you require a cancellation after this time frame unfortunately, we will not be able to honour your request. Please email us regarding the cancelation with your order details and we will provide a full refund within four working days.

Faults

 

If you believe there is a fault with a piece of furniture you have purchased, please contact Salty  within the first 48 hours.

If an item needs to be returned the company we  will cover the delivery charges and your furniture will either be repaired or replaced. However, this warranty will not cover faults such as misuse, water damage, accidental damage and the use of inappropriate cleaning products. 

Alternatively, as our products are made out of reclaimed timber if they are placed near intense heat it will cause the wood to disfigure and crack. This will also not be covered by the Salty Bespoke Interiors warranty.
