OUR STORY
SOPHIE & RICH ARE THE FOUNDERS OF SALTY
You can usually find them surfing at their local spot in Highcliffe (Dorset) or strolling along the beach with a coffee in hand. When they are not on the beach or swimming in the sea you will find them crafting and designing in their workshop.
Living a healthy, simple and sustainable life is their medicine to a Happy Wellbeing…

WHY CHOOSE HANDMADE FURNITURE
What we create can not be mass produced and our products are not made on large production lines but by skilled cabinet makers who spend hours and days crafting statement pieces for your home.
Each product receives the same care and attention and is constructed so meticulously that each piece of timber comes together flawlessly to form furniture that will last for years.
SUSTAINABILITY
WE'RE A CLIMATE POSITIVE WORKFORCE!
Salty are dedicated to sourcing sustainable, organic materials. We use a combination of Reclaimed and FSC certified timber to handcraft our bespoke furniture. Our ethos has always been to make a change, take responsibility and whole heartedly commit to working towards a sustainable future.
We are proud to be working alongside Ecologi.
We support a movement to take action on our climate crisis. As a result, Salty is a climate positive workforce.
So, what does this mean? We offset our carbon footprint including personal/business travel, home emissions, food and much more. By funding and supporting the restoration of forests. Each month Ecologi plants thousands of trees both globally and locally (UK) and funds outstanding Climate Crisis Solutions.
